As precast concrete elements make planning easier and construction processes quicker, they are becoming more and more popular. Up until now large amounts of energy were necessary to compact the concrete through vibration and to accelerate the curing process with steam. The Zero Energy System revolutionizes this manufacturing process: by combining Glenium^® ACE with Smart Dynamic Concrete technology, concrete flows and compacts automatically – without vibration and without segregation. In addition, the accelerated curing process makes steam treatment unnecessary. This reduces energy consumption and equipment requirements while increasing productivity and improving work safety.
