Unlike precast elements, manufactured concrete products are not cast but pressed: within a few seconds, the earth-dry concrete is turned into, for instance, a square meter of paving stones. The final product has to immediately retain its form without a mold. With our Production Efficiency Method  we recreate the complex production process in a laboratory and analyze it systematically without slowing down production. This evaluation method combined with our experience enables us to offer admixtures which optimize the concrete mix – our RheoFIT^® products are engineered for the specific needs of the manufactured concrete products industry.
