Jointless membrane for roof waterproofing
For the last years, more than 12 millions square meters of roof has been protected by waterproofing membrane CONIROOF® from BASF.
Applying by spraying and manually elastic membranes CONIROOF® became a new alternative for conventional applied waterproofing on the basis of sheet and roll materials.
By using CONIROOF® membranes, you can get the following advantages:
-
Speed of material applying. Spraying technique makes enable to apply waterproofing membrane in the capacity of 700 m2/daily.
-
Solidity of the system. Absence of laps, junctions or joints makes waterproofing coatings more reliable, especially if there are big quantities of different geometrically complicated elements.
-
Grabbing speed. The membrane gains full solidity of adhesion after 20 seconds from applying; after 5 – 10 minutes is allowed light pedestrian stress.
-
Material applying by cold method. Material applying does not require “fireworks” and is not fire-hazardous.
-
Tolerance against inflammation. CONIROOF® membranes completely meet requirements of standards: DIN 4102: chapter 7 and BS 476: chapter 3
-
Low weight of roof coating. CONIROOF® - low stress on overlapping. Material applying in the volume of 1,7-2,2 kg/m2 makes enable to get membrane with the thickness of 1,5-2,0 mm.
-
Compliance with requirements on safety and environmental protection. CONIROOF® membranes don’t contain volatile organic solvents and do not have smell.
-
Durability to impact of ultraviolet
-
Possibility of making of multipurpose roofing, including under significant stresses.
